TUITION SCHEDULE FOR 2018-2019
Base tuition rate is $4800 for 1 child
Additional children are charged $1200 each (maximum of 3 children paying, maximum out of pocket for tuition $7200)
Christ the King Catholic Church will be granting a 50% tuition voucher to practicing Catholics, to pay ½ of the $4800 base tuition. Families please contact the Church office at 270-821-5494 about meeting with Father Carl to receive the voucher.
PRESCHOOL AND PRE-KINDERGARTEN
Full Time is Monday- Friday 7:15 AM-11:30 AM. An extended day is offered from
11:30 AM-3:00 PM at rate listed below.

Daily until 11:30 AM
Full Time Plus
Extended Day (Until 3PM)
Aftercare is available from 3-6 at the rate of $10 per day for any child Preschool or older
If a family has one child in Pre-School or Pre-Kindergarten and additional child(ren) in K-8th grade, or has 2 children in PreK, then the regular tuition schedule will be followed for 2 or more children.
REGISTRATION = $100 per student
The fee is non-refundable and is due when registration paperwork is turned in. This fee holds the student’s position in the class.
Supply Fee = $200 per child
One Supply fee is charged per child in grades PreK-8. This fee is used for textbook purchases and technology upgrades. The Supply fee is due July 15.
Middle School Technology Fee = $200
This is a one time fee charged as students enter middle school to cover costs associated with our 1 to 1 technology program in Middle School.
Athletic Fee = $50
This is a per sport fee due as billed at the beginning of each sport season.
SCRIP Fee = $150 per family
Per Semester-- Due December 10th and May 10th
SCRIP is part of the school's fundraising program. Every family has the opportunity to raise the SCRIP fee through participation in SCRIP throughout the year.
Tuition and any fees for field trips or after school, etc. are billed as scheduled on family Financial Contract. Invioces are created through our Bill and Pay system and emailed to families. Autopay will pay all open invoices weekly or monthly per your preference. Tuition can be set up on monthly invoices where monthly payments are due on the 12th of each month. Payments can be setup Annually, Semi-Annually, Monthly, Weekly or to a number of weeks stipulated by the family in the Financial Contract. Statements are sent out as a courtesy, however payment are due whether or not statement is received.
- Accounts that are more than 30 days past due will be assessed a $25 late fee each month.
- Registered students who withdraw before the first day of school are responsible for 1/4 of the full tuition amount.
- Registered students who withdraw after the first full day of school and before December 30th are responsible for 1/2 of the full tuition amount.
- Registered Students who withdraw after December 30th are responsible for the full tuition amount.
- Every family choosing a monthly or weekly payment plan are required to signup for automatic withdrawal payments.
Please be advised that the total cost per child for the 2018-2019 school year will be approximately $7500.00. Tuition and fees cover up to 60% of this cost. Christ the King Parish pays a subsidy totaling $150,000, or about 30% of the cost. Fundraising and Donations make up the difference.
